Marisol Santiago, Front Desk / Receptionist: Marisol is the smiling face that you see when you enter our office. She has a lot of experience in medical offices. She is the friendly voice that you will most often speak to when you call our office. Marisol handles the many front desk duties, including scheduling, phone calls to confirm your appointments, and registration information. Marisol is fluent in Spanish as well.
Scott Shaver, Office Manager: Scott has thirty years of experience in healthcare, including 20 years at CDPHP, MVP, and Prudential Health Insurance. He has also completed his Certification in Professional Coding, and stays well-informed when it comes to insurance billing and is able to assist you with insurance issues. Scott handles the day-to-day business of the office, as well as being Marisol's back-up when it is busy and/or when she is not in the office. |
